Questions about paying
How does the free trial work?
You can try Plus free for 14 days without entering a card. When the trial ends, your account goes back to the free plan unless you choose a Plus plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
What does founding lifetime mean?
One payment for the Plus features available when you buy, for as long as Look20 runs. It is offered to the first 1,000 buyers or for 90 days after launch, whichever ends first.
Why are there two currencies?
Prices are set in US dollars and in Indian rupees. The page picks one from your browser’s language and time zone; use the switch to see the other. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
Should I buy on the web or in the app?
Either works and unlocks Plus on every device you sign in to. On the web, Dodo Payments handles the payment as our merchant of record. In the iPhone and Android apps, you pay through the App Store or Google Play, and Apple or Google manage the subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Yearly and founding lifetime purchases made on the web can be refunded within 14 days of your first purchase. Store purchases are refunded by Apple or Google. The refund policy has the details.
