How refunds work depends on what you bought and where you bought it.
The short version
- Yearly or founding lifetime, bought on the web: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first purchase.
- Monthly, bought on the web: cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. We do not refund partial months.
- Bought in the App Store or Google Play: refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
- Free trial: there is nothing to refund, because the trial does not need a card.
Purchases on the web
Web purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
Yearly and founding lifetime
If Look20 Plus is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first yearly or founding lifetime purchase and you will get the full amount back. The 14-day window applies to your first purchase of a plan, not to renewals. After a refund, your account returns to the free plan.
Monthly
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. You keep Plus until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not give refunds for partial months.
Mistaken charges
If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, email us and we will put it right.
How to ask
Email support@look20.com from the address you sign in with, and include the order number from your receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Purchases in the App Store and Google Play
If you bought Plus in the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google took the payment, and only they can issue a refund.
- App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple explains the steps in Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
- Google Play: follow Google’s guide, Get refunds on Google Play purchases. Google may refund some purchases automatically within 48 hours. After that, email us and we will see what we can do through Google Play.
To stop a store subscription from renewing, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, please email us first; it is usually the fastest way to fix it. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for a valid purchase, we may pause Plus on your account while the dispute is open and share the relevant purchase records with the payment provider. This does not affect any legal rights you have.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
